The Ant Egg is a mob in florr.io. It is a mob that hatches aggressive Baby Ants or Soldier Ants depending on how it was obtained. Ant Eggs spawned naturally will sometimes spawn Baby Ants, where ones created by Mythic+ Queen Ants will always hatch Soldier Ants.

When hatched from a Queen Ant, it spawns a Soldier Ant regardless of being damaged or not. Breaking an Ant Egg from a Queen Ant will hatch it instantly and very likely have the Soldier Ant aggro on the player who broke the Ant Egg.
When broken from an Ant Egg cluster, it has a small chance to spawn an aggressive Baby Ant with the same rarity as the Ant Egg.

Strategy[]
- When created naturally, this is a great source of Ant Eggs. They are not really hard to kill. The best place to do this is at the area just before the Fire Ant Hell passage, where Legendary Eggs spawn frequently. This is also somewhat a source of the petals the Baby Ant drops, however, it's RNG-based, and the Baby Ant is aggressive, which means it could put you in potential danger.
- When created from Queen Ants, not only does she herself pose natural threat, the Soldier Ants she constantly spawns cause huge trouble as well, but are a great source of Glass and Clover whenever you need them. Still, maintaining distance is key to not get aggroes.
- Bones of the same rarity can kill Ant Eggs without losing health. (Example: Mythic Bone can kill a Mythic Ant Egg.)

Trivia[]
- It is one of three hatching mobs and a mob that works like a petal, the others are Fire Ant Egg and Termite Egg. All of these drop the normal Ant Egg.
- It is the most effective way to get Ant Eggs.
- If you break one of the eggs that spawn from Queen Ants you won't get the Ant Egg petal but you will get the gallery for the mob if you don't have it already.
- Ant Egg, Fire Ant Egg and Termite Egg have one of the lowest damage out of any mob, only being outclassed by Bubbles
- If you want to hunt Super Ant Egg, better go hunt at the termites hell or the fire ant hell. Its spawning chance has being nerf recently to be spawning 3 YEARS once.
- This accidentally made the Super Ant Egg one of THE RAREST MOB IN THE GAME.
