Desert is an area in florr.io. It is the area that features Desert mobs.

Appearances[]

The map is a modern version of the old Desert map, however flipped 180 degrees. The developer statue is located at the bottom right area of the map.

Location[]

Desert is located in the bottom left region of the world map. The zone is a spawn, but it is one zone away from Jungle and Garden spawns, and two zones away from Ocean spawn.

Special Zones[]

In the top left area, a lot of sandstorms spawn at legendary/mythic rarity.

In the top right area, desert mobs spawn frequently at legendary rarity.

In the bottom right area, desert mobs spawn at mythic/ultra rarity, and has the highest Yggdrasil rate when farming with ultra petals.

In the bottom area, desert mobs spawn frequently at ultra rarity. It is one of the most difficult zones in the entire world map. The developer body is there.

Spawning[]

A total of 7 mobs spawn in Desert.

Beetle: An aggressive mob that chases you when you get close and deals high damage on contact. Drops Beetle Egg and Ankh.

Scorpion: An aggressive mob that chases you and shoots poison missiles at you when you get close. Epic- shoot one missile then chase you at a fast speed, but Legendary + have unlimited missiles and shoot one at you every 5 seconds. Drops Pincer and Iris.

Desert Centipede: Moves around randomly at a very fast speed. Rare- are passive and Epic+ chase you if you hit it's head segment. Drops Salt and Powder.

Ladybug (Desert): Very rare mob that is neutral and chases you when hit. Is well known for its prized drop, Yggdrasil. It has the highest drop rate out of any mob in the game. Drops Rose, Dahlia, and Yggdrasil.

Cactus: Static mob that deals high damage upon contact with its "missiles". Drops Cactus.

Sandstorm: Passive mob that moves around randomly and has high health and damage. Drops Sand, Glass and Stick.

Fire Ant Burrow: Mob that releases a lot of Soldier Fire Ants when someone gets close and has a 2% chance to spawn a Digger when all the ants have been released. Drops Disc and Magnet.

Strategy[]

  • Be careful, as most of the mobs here move faster than you, so you will need to either kill them quickly or use Pincer or Web. Make sure you have a Pincer or Web in your secondary slot in case you run into a high rarity beetle or centipede.
  • Don't use a ram build here, as most of the mobs here have above-average body damage.

  • The Trader can be found in the bottom left area. The Trader looks like a flower with a white Cotton body. The Trader could be outside from its original area since it is always moving around.
