The Hel Spider appears as a Spider, but it is slightly red and has the Hel Beetle's mouth.

Strategy[]
- Same as regular Spider, but try not to let Centipedes push it towards you.
- Hel Spider's poison is extremely annoying because it can kill you in seconds. Even a Mythic Hel Spider's poison can kill a Level 76+ player with no Health talents.
- To counteract this, use a bubble build with Lotus, which you can put into your main build in Hel to keep you safe. Generally, it's best not to even touch them, so try using 2 or 3 Bubbles so it can't get to you. Remember you need 2 Lotus of the same rarity as the Spider to keep the Poison to a minimum.
- Aside from that, treat them as tanky, speedy Spiders with worse droprates and different drops. Pincer is helpful against them, but they're small enough that they'll eventually make it through the area where Pincer can hit them (assuming you're using Reach talents and/or a Third Eye, which you should if you're in Hel.) and, by consequence, not be affected by it and kill you.

Trivia[]
- Hel Spider does not drop Webs, despite laying them down. This is likely because it already has 3 drops.
- Hel Spider now moves even faster from its normal speed. Its speed is even faster than Hel Beetle's speed.
- Hel Spider's Dice drop was replaced with Card.
- This, Gambler, Hel Beetle, Hel Centipede and Hel Wasp are the only mobs to spawn in Hel.
