The Worker Termite is a mob in florr.io. It was added in the February 27th 2023 update.

Appearance

Exactly like the baby termite, but with an extra small circle at the back. This circle is smaller than the first but otherwise looks the same. The jaws move back and forth slightly if provoked.

Stats & Behavior

Speed:  Move randomly for a few tiles before they change direction.

Behavior: It is neutral.

It has a psyonic connection with other termites, taking damage if any other termites within a certain radius of itself takes damage.

Spawning

The Worker Termite spawns in Ant Hell (the middle right area), and in Termite Mounds in the Jungle.

Strategy

• Although semi-aggressive, this mob is not threatening on its own but becomes deadly when paired with termite soldiers as they act as meatshields that keep the soldiers alive for longer.
• It has more health compared to fire and normal ants and it's psyonic connection makes it take even less damage if there are other termites so do not get overconfident and ram it.

Trivia

• It is the only mob that drops Planks.
  • In real life worker termites are responsible for digging tunnels in wood, which is probably why they drop planks.
• In 22nd October 2024 update, Worker Termite's health was reduced.
